“Great location for a family break and a spot of local island hopping. Good food and good choice for kids. Only minor quibble was the time taken in the evenings to be served, but it is the same for many hotels just now as they deal with staff shortages thanks to Brexit. Overall a great hotel in a beautiful location.”

“Overnight stay as we were attending a wedding nearby. Hotel allowed us to leave our luggage & check in so we were able to go straight to our room when we came back late from wedding. Room was lovely!! Comfy bed. Big bath & separate shower. Tea tray fully stocked. Enjoyed our breakfast which was cooked to order & very tasty. Friendly staff. Easy check out. Will definitely return & look forward to using the spa facilities next time. ”

“Lovely property right on the water. We stayed here for its proximity to several historic sites but it's a mecca for golfers from all over the world. Just happy we were not there for the British Open madness! Staff were lovely and the restaurant was top notch. ”

I am originally from Irvine and now live in the states so enjoy visiting my home town and family and friends. Enjoy the meals and lounge area. Convenient parking area. Will stay there again when I visit Irvine,”

“Nice 2 day birthday break for my partner, hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms were well equipped, although a smart tv would have gave it 5 stars instead of 4, bed was exceptionally comfortable & massive, food was great but slightly overpriced we thought, the SPA suite wasn't the best but relaxing, SPA treatments were way overpriced for what was on offer, but we enjoyed our stay ”

“Very impressive, comfortable and pleasant for our 1 day stay. Should have planned for longer. Only negative is with the bathroom where a few floor tiles were loose but was no risk to us. Staff assistance was excellent. ”

“Great location close to airport, but not too close! More of a wedding destination, but great spot to stay at before flying home. Restaurant for dinner and full breakfast was excellent. Pretty place and nice grounds. ”
