“Great trip. The home was well supplied. The host was amazing and very helpful to us all. It is very quiet and clean. It would be good for future renters to know that there are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a bathroom and a loft upstairs with 4 beds and a bathroom. There is no door to close to give you privacy between the 4 beds so it isn't really a 3 bedroom VRBO. It's more like a 2 bedroom home with a large loft. You have to walk through each other's space to go to the bathroom or downstairs. We……

There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out, we’re never bored with every amenity you could think of, pool, hot tub, corn hole, horse shoes, dart board, pool table, BBQ and more. The kitchen it stocked with anything you might need! Lonnie was always responsive and a great host! We are already planning our trip next summer with our boats!”

“This house was so perfect for us! We had six teens in the loft and 2 upstairs bedrooms. They enjoyed having their own space. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs room. I had a couple of questions so I reached out the property manager, Bobbi - she was so helpful, very kind, and welcoming. The house was clean and fit our group very comfortably. The yard is large and well maintained, we enjoyed hanging out on the large deck while we BBQ’d one evening. The little store is in walking distance……

“The location was very convenient to Shasta Lake and all the boating experiences you can think of. Also a 15 minute drive to Shasta Lake Caverns tour which I recommend. The patio with an exceptional view of the lake, which is full this year!, is the ideal place to enjoy conversation, a BBQ and some refreshments. My family had a wonderful time at this property.”
