“The accommodations were as advertised, comfy beds, nice living space with a good TV. Plenty of beach gear available to borrow, we used chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards for multiple great days at the beach. Easy access to all parts of San Clemente. The view for sunset was excellent! We would definitely stay here again.”

“Our nephew was getting married at the Ethereal Gardens in Escondido. So, we needed a location that could fit our family of 10-14 and be close to the venue. It was so nice to come back to the house to relax after events. The backyard was absolutely stunning with plenty of activities for all (ping pong, foosball, basketball ball court, min golf, bbq, pizza oven, fire pits + more!). They were available to help with anything we needed (they live on property) and were hospitable and friendly. As……

“We spent a week there to relax after an exhausting camping trip. :) We were blown away by the spacious apartment. The view of the Pacific is fantastic and we enjoyed watching dolphins and seals in the morning. Yes, the ocean is noisy and the beach right in front of the house is washed away. But overall, our upstairs apartment is highly recommended, would stay there again.”

“Villa Fabulosa did not disappoint! Description and photos are completely accurate. There is nothing Alex missed with this property, and his communication leading up to and during our visit was appreciated. We found the QR codes throughout the villa to be extremely useful. The outdoor kitchen and game room were special treats too. Will definitely be planning another stay. Truly a stunning villa!”

“The ocean view was spectacular, we loved hearing the waves and it was a very quiet and peaceful location. Our 2 year old toddler loved playing in the sand. We enjoyed the sea life and having bonfires in our backyard!”

“Location is excellent and the check in is very organized. Garage is literally yards away so easy to carry bags etc. Bedding is just okay. Some stains on furniture. You can open windows in main bedroom and listen to the ocean at night, but the condo is next to stop sign and public restrooms so you can hear some extra noise; we didn’t mind it but if you’re light sleeper it may be an issue.”
