“The room and layout was very modern. The room had a water dispenser, fridge and portable hob. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Only complaint would be there was mold growing on the bathroom ceiling and the AC was leaking, the paint surrounding it was bubbling and stained.”

“What a wonderful villa. The staff was brilliant and the highlight of our stay. The hired cooked catered to all our needs and dietary requirements (which we had a lot of!) can’t thank the staff enough for making our family have an enjoyable stay. The villa was beautiful with a great size pool. The only complaint I would have is that the master bathroom was very slippery when wet and that the only way to get to the other three bedrooms was a steep bridge. “This property had everything I needed for my 3 week stay in Sanur. One of the reasons I chose to stay at Green Studio Apartment was because it had kitchen facilities and a washing machine in the apartment which was great. The TV didn’t work and I had to buy cleaning product to clean the shower as it was ‘pink’ with scum but everything else was fine for what I needed. The pool doesn’t get a lot of sunshine so isn’t too inviting to lay beside - so I went to Artotel Beach Club on my days off for……

“Sprained my ankle in Bali. I asked the hotel to see if there were any exceptions to make to my reservation because I needed to leave Indonesia to get an MRI. They took 3 days to ask for proof of healthcare services. I provided them pictures of all my paperwork, and then they took another 3 days to respond ultimately to tell me it was too late to do anything. I was 10 days away from my reservation, but waiting for the hotel's response alone is part of the reason why it was too late. I would not……

“Nice hotel, my wife and I chose Maya for our recent honeymoon trip in Bali. The room was upgraded, allowing us to get the direct access to the pool in front of the room. The view is very nice everywhere within the hotel, either the waterfront or the man made lagoon water pool. Frankly, it is not a big hotel compared with the adjacent ones like Hyatt, but it is a truest delicate place to stay especially for someone seeking for a quiet, convenient and beautiful view but without noisy crowd people.……

“一開始飯店櫃台告知hotels.com取消我們的預訂，讓我們感到非常錯愕，於是我們找出付款證明給櫃檯，之後他們便非常好的幫我們處理一切事宜，主動跟hotels.com聯絡。整體環境、服務都非常好，房間很新、很乾淨，床頭JBL音響效果不錯，唯有房間玄關處的地板疑似有反潮滲水的狀況，請飯店處理後非常快來清理，雖然沒完全解決，但沒構成太大的困擾，就不介意了。早餐的選項多，但口味較一般，旁邊的義式餐廳就很棒！”
