“The only thing I can criticise on is the wall sockets . The table in front of the mirror is to high so your unable to use a plug in the socket unless you move the table out from the wall”

“Lovely hotel with very welcoming and accommodating staff. Building and grounds are perfect for the football fans. We went for my son’s birthday and he had a great time in the pool and looking at the football training pitches. The staff were amazing for including a surprise cake plate and helium balloon in the room and discuss the past times of the players when they stay ”

“Lovely large self contained chalet with 3 bedrooms. We took our dog with us so was perfect with lovely walks on the doorstep. She was made very welcome in the pub ”

“What I think the most important thing is to note, this is a coach house, a guest house, not a chain hotel so expectations must be a bit different. Not only do you pay a lot less, but as a result you are going to get a lot less, so you must expect a lot less. That said the room itself was lovely, it looked newly refurbished and very very well presented. “Nice hotel, room comfortable and restaurant/ bar food and drink very good and priced reasonably.few little gripes, when booking though a third party website it said parking was £6 per night, when I arrived I was charged £7.50 per night. Also double charged my account for our food and drink, removed eventually. But still was a live charge on my credit card for a week.”

“Very friendly management and staff. Large choice on main menu, would have liked a bit of choice for breakfast - smoked salmon or kippers for example. Talking of breakfast, try and be down at 8 or 9 o'clock to hear the cacophony of all the non-synchronised clocks chiming. ”
