The location is fantastic, with many food and shopping options within walking distance, and it is really easy to get transportation to get around.”

“Pros: Price, nice staff, gated security with staff working at all time. Parking was ample. Great communication. Mini mart, 7-Eleven, restaurants, and small vendors all around. Cons: Small ants around kitchen trash area and bathroom. AC not cold in bedroom. Shower head holder loose causing water to leak onto floor if it hits the tub. WiFi router stopped working, but staff replaced it right away. ”

“My room is facing the main street so it's a bit noisy in early morning. Otherwise , everything is good.”

“First of all, I want to thank the staff at the amata for keeping the place so perfectly clean, neat and pretty. I enjoyed my stay, but it would not be the best place for some family or someone who is eager to do many, many things. Although the place itself is perfect, the area around the place has little to do and is not convenient for walking or just going outside. So you have to take a a (very cheap) taxi or grab car to go almost anywhere. I will stay in a more central area next time, but if……

“I was not put into the hotel. I was put into a condo. It was abeautiful room, but there was no hot water, no instructions on contcting the owner. The TVs did not work. The hot water cooker did not work. People at the front deskwerevety nice, but didnt know much about the room. There was nowhere to walk to to get food. The area around the hotel is very poor”

“The only thing I did not like about the Sokha hotel was that my wife’s younger sister came to swim with us and we were charged $20 to have a 12 year-old swim with us at the hotel. No one else was in the pool but us.”
