“This property is beautiful. The room had everything we needed including a kitchen that was fully stocked with utensils and cooking tools. The washer and dryer were very convenient. The staff were able to bring anything we needed the next morning which was nice. Entry into the building was simple but made us feel secure. Everything was very clean as well! Overall, we loved this place and would absolutely stay here again!”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“It was a very bad experience to stay in L hotel. I arrived the hotel in the autumn season, but there was a black fly in the room. The staff didn't agree to change another room for me. No restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The facility was very old. The local person said they will never recommend this hotel to tourist. I don't know why they can got 4.6 for the review.”
