“the owner is very nice and detailed to explain the check in procedue. You can park your car at 5th floor with access card. the location is very good and convinence where the shopping mall just below the stay. 1 thing shall be improved is the funitures were aged but still valueable, especially for a family or friends.”

“Its near Imago shopping mall, one of the largest in Kota Kinabulu. You have to contact the hotel before arrival coz there s no front desk. There is a great breakfast on ground floor and a 24-hour supermarket.”

“Fin lys lejlighed med de fasciliteter, der var lovet. Madrasser og hovedpuder var dog hårde og så var poolen under vedligehold hele vores 3 dages ophold. Havde faktisk valgt det bla. pga. den. Ejeren kunne ikke gøre noget ved det eller tilbyde kompensation. Kommunikationen med ham var ellers god, svarede lynhurtigt på WhatsApp.”

“I like the place. very nice, very clean. The housekeeping & reception as well as the staff at the bar are very friendly and because of that i feel very welcomed whereby I invited many of my friends to stay there again a few days after my first visit. BUT on my second visit with my friends we are disappointed when the property don't offer banana boat ride anymore because they said that they don't have a driver. Some of my friends come to try the banana boat. So we said that's fine, we'll play……

“近市中心,，距離機場車程15分鐘，步行去周日市集及菲律賓市埸大约15分鐘很方便 我們租的是3人房有很大廚房，check in時記得問Whatsapp No.如有甚麼要跟進也可連络到，插頭是香港用昀3腳方脚，曾經收不到電視很快叫員工來跟進”

“Excellent view nd quiet place to stay, the rock and gravel road conditions to the property need to be improved. the chimney for the fireplace, some doors nd window locks need to be fixed. nevertheless we still enjoyed the stay nd will come again next time.”

“We were left waiting at marina lobby, nobody showed up. We had to stay somewhere else. I want my money back.”

“房子的位置很好，靠近海边（当然看不到景）旁边就是商场也有海鲜食街。房间还算大，但沙发有好大的污迹我根本不敢坐，应该铺个沙发巾既美观又好打理。厕所很大但灯泡不够亮感觉有点阴森。所以整体评价是3星，不太推荐。”

“マンションの1室。レストランや24時間空いてるコンビニ等もそばにあり便利。遅くまで人が多い様子。 部屋はキレイで水回りも問題なし。窓からの景色は表の通りとかなり差がある。 フロントがなくセルフチェックインで少し不安だったが、鍵の受け取りに少し手間取ったが事前にメール連携された手順書見ながらやれば問題ななかった。”

“Worth the money as 2 bed room for 2 nights can stay up to 5 people. Property condition was understandable not perfect but not that bad. Free parking (1 car park), 1 set of access card. The location was easy to find food from G floor, got grocery shop and shopping centre across the street. The unit I got not include microwave. Contact PIC easy and fast reply.”

“このアパートは現在工事中です。朝8時から夜6時まで工事の音が非常にうるさい。プールも半分は工事中。チェックインの際チェックアウトの仕方を教えてくれなかった。部屋にはインターネットも電話もなく、フロントもないので連絡のつけようがない。アメニティもなく、トイレットペーパーの補充もない。トイレは午前中に下水の匂いがする。 ホテルズドットコムに連絡したが、スタッフの対応が最悪だった。チャットは途中で切られるし、折り返しの電話をリクエストしたが、なかった。帰国後電話したが長時間待たされて繋がらない。 お部屋はまあまあだったが、まだゲストを泊まらせる状態ではないのでは？ このような部屋を紹介しないで欲しい。”

“沒有接待櫃台，有點像日租套房，入住前房東會聯繫告知房卡在哪。優點：wifi穩，洗澡水量大，有客廳、廚房、洗衣機、空間大也可簡易料理。13F有游泳池跟健身房。缺點：無備品只有沐浴乳，浴巾跟床單都沒有很乾淨，廁所排水孔味道很重，房間的門壞了。”
