“Abbiamo soggiornato 15 giorni nella fantastica Villa di Fabien. Bellissima vista,super accessoriata,spazi molto ampi,tutto oltre alle nostre aspettative. Fabien persona molto cordiale,disponibile. Trovati benissimo le vacanze sono volate.”

“So wie die Wohnung im Internet beschrieben wurde, haben wir sie leider nicht vorgefunden. Das Mobiliar ist bis auf ein paar wenige Ausnahmen eher was für den Sperrmüll. Von den zwei Badezimmern ist eins völlig unbenutzbar und das andere geht grad so. Von zwei Schlafzimmern ist auch eins unbenutzbar, da es fürchterlich nach Kloake stinkt. Fotos sind vorhanden , falls gewünscht.”

“La delusione è stato all'arrivo, rispetto all'annuncio online compreso foto dove non si capisce l'ubicazione, è stata la posizione dell'alloggio. Da quello che è stato detto e visto dalle foto l'alloggio doveva essere a piano terra, invece al nostro arrivo dopo averci mostrato il bellissimo giardino con piscina ci hanno portato giù per la rampa (quella che sarebbe per andare in garage) dove è stato fatto un miniappartamento con tutti i servizi, il primo impatto molto angosciante è stato il……

“Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo delizioso appartamento ,provvisto di terrazzo con vista bellissima sulla Baia del Carpino da dove assistere a dei meravigliosi tramonti l.La spiaggia sottostante l'appartamento dista circa 500 metri un po' impegnativa ma quando si arriva giù alla Baia del Carpino si viene ripagati da questa spiaggia meravigliosa .La casa è in un punto strategico per visitare tutte le spiagge circostanti da San Nicola Arcella a Praia a Mare ,Maratea ,a Scalea ,……

“Wir waren im August 2023 mit 2 Teenagern und unserm Hund dort. Obwohl die Haushälfte zum Hang zeigte war es sehr hell und von den beiden Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus gab es einen tollen Blick Richtung Meer. Die angegebenen 1 km bis zum Strand sind wohl Luftlinie, also zu Fuß nicht zu machen da es steil bergauf- und ab geht. Aber mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr schön und in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Mit Liegen und Außendusche zwischen Bäumen……

“Villa très bien équipée avec une vue exceptionnelle située dans un petit village typique de la Calabre. Région un peu moins touristique que le sud calabrais mais de très beaux endroits, belles marinas, bons restaurants etc alentours. Attention peu de gens parlent anglais mais on s’en sort très bien ! Giuseppe est très disponible et riche de conseils ! Très bon accueil ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !”

“Check in was flawless. Any question through WhatsApp answered immediately. The location is nice and quick but only 5 minutes from the beach , shops en restaurants. The few from the veranda’s is breathtaking. The swimming pool large and beautiful located. The inland’s beautiful green, and deserted. Fantastic views.”

“It is complex with seperate apartmants, mainly Italien guests. Friendly staff, very helpful Director Luigi. If problem accured very quicly was solved. Apartmant was nice, but slightly worn out and old, view from the balcony was amazing. Surrounding was preaty,in the swimming pool you must have swimming hats. Gym - not really for use - too old and used. Each night some kind of entertainment. Location - very close was a supermarket. Sea - very nice and clean. Only really occasionally slightly……

“Tres jolie maison aussi bien intérieure qu extérieure et tres agreable de manger sur la terasse La belle piscine commune est au dessous de la maison et vu la periode nous etions les seuls a en profiter Le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour des conseils et tres sympathique Juste un peu éloigné mais le calme est agréable mais besoin d une voiture”

“Antonio and the entire staff are great. I had a very nice room and everything appeared to be new. Very clean and fully equipped. The view of the island of Cirella is spectacular, especially during sunset from the restaurant terrace. I sat there with my beer and just enjoyed the surroundings. My only suggestion is use softer pillows. I found them to be very hard. Loved the staff and breakfast and Calabrese hospitality. I would stay again!”
