“We had a very enjoyable visit to the Mississippi Coast and the Sandpiper Cottage was the perfect place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, great location with easy access to Gulfport, Biloxi and Ocean Springs. Hosts Andy & Jennifer were very accommodating, welcoming and provided valuable restaurant & area recommendations! The cottage was totally comfortable and had everything we needed.”

“This property is extremely overpriced. The pool was dirty. The yard was unkempt with garbage in it and grassy areas to my mid calf. The back door was apparently blown open by the wind and tore the door jam off— which was put in using penny nails instead of the correct kind. It looked like someone tried to break In but the owner assured us that didn’t happen because if they wanted to they could break in easily and wouldn’t have left it partially broken. That did not make us feel any safer. The……

“Our stay was wonderful, comfortable and quiet. All the area around us was peaceful and quiet. The host was very nice and offered all amenities needed. The bed was very comfortable. Double chairs on the front porch offered relaxing seating while reading. Cleanup was very minimal. Overall, this was a very nice stay and would highly recommend for two people get a way. We will gladly stay again.”

“We came for a beach party for memorial weekend and found this little gem of a place to stay. Vasco was there to welcome us. It is as described. The grounds well kept and beautiful. Loved the privacy. We enjoyed grilling steaks on the pit. The pool was very much a plus. If you’re a wine drinker as I am, bring your wine glasses. That’s the only thing that was lacking. Communication with the owner was immediate, answering any questions you may have. We would love to come back again if they will……

“We live in TN and wanted to get to the beach for the weekend. Kathryn's house was exactly what we needed. It was very spacious with a beautiful ocean view! We arrived on Friday to an immaculent house and plenty of information to walk us through all of it's features. Saturday morning was disappointing weather wise but we were able to have coffee on the porch and watch a beautiful lightening storm over the ocean. Luckily it cleared up and we set out to see Gulfport and Biloxi. So many things to do……

“The location of the condo is wonderful as it is right up the stairs and very close to the beach. Decorated cute. It was a very nice touch with the beach towels, nice soap, waters, barq's rootbeer , cheese crackers and sweet treat! However, the ice maker did not work and the kitchen stuff is kind of lacking. No blender either. But the beds were wonderful and so were the pillows so all was very good!”
