“We recently stayed in this basement apartment during the National Ringette Championships. It was a perfect home away from home for the 10 day trip. The kitchen is a great size and has all the dishes, glasses, pots and pans for two people. The bedroom was a great size and the bed was really comfortable (it is on the firm side, but that's what we prefer). The living area was perfect to watch TV and also had a table and chairs to eat our meals as well as a desk to get some work done. The location……

“Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Immediate response to any questions. Came right over to install baby gate due to concern with basement stairs for the 2 year old. Also very generous with their garden. Even helped the children pick some vegetables to take home.”

“Wasn’t expecting a basement suite with only 1 window in the bedroom at ground level with no screen. Could use a bit more TLC. ”

“Clean, quiet, easy check in. Right downtown can walk easily to anywhere u need to go. Parking very close to the building, with parking pass provided. Will definitely stay again.”

“Good and clean room. Not very soundproof. Can hear people walking and dragging furniture or luggage since 6am every day. Or people walk off stairs. Couldn’t sleep well for 2 days but else are okay. ”

“We were looking for a place to relax and get away and this was definitely the spot. The hosts were excellent and gave us great advice on locations to eat in the area. Relaxing in the hot tub and watching the cranes fishing along the shore was the best.”

“Easy too find. Good communication with the owner. Very accommodating and helpful throughout the stay. Nice and clean house. Nice area within walking distance to downtown. Great for a family trip! Definitely worth the price! Would recommend this home to others!”

“The pictures don't really do it justice as we were able to fit 7 adults and 2 children very very comfortably for this fantastic stay. The 2 full kitchens came quite in handy to cook for the large group. The hot tub was quite useful as we had overcast days which weren't great for the beach. The view of the water was fantastic. Overall had a 10 out 0f 10 stay”

“The apartment was perfect for what we wanted. Adequate supply of everything required was there. -not everyone uses one cup coffee machines. I found the Tassimo difficult to use and not cost effective. We went to Walmart and purchased our own drip coffee maker. -clear instructions on how to separate your garbage would have been helpful along with pick up day. -tv is mounted far too high on wall for comfortable viewing. -”

“It was a beautiful property. So quiet and serene. Nothing but beauty everywhere you looked. The whole area is so clean and well maintained. The unit itself was immaculate and had everything you needed. The hosts were awesome. Loved it there.”

“I really enjoy my stay here they could use some oil on the hinges of unit 7 as they make noise other than that AAA ”

“Have a toddler, some of the items in home are not 2 year old hands friendly, lol. Great house and location. Only thing I would suggest is to put TV’s in rooms. We can NOT sleep without back ground noise and falling asleep to TV. Other then that, A1. Thank you”

“Great place to stay. Stayed one night before an early flight. Front desk staff were very friendly, let us check in a bit early, offered an early bag breakfast and arranged a cab for the morning. Cab from the hotel was $20.00 with tip. ”
