“Yövyimme tässä hotellissa yhteensä 6 yötä perhehuoneessa (2 makuuhuonetta ja keittiö). Huoneisto oli siisti, lakanat olivat puhtaita, makuuhuoneet sopivan kokoisia ja jääkaappi oli iso. Ilmastointi sekä wi-fi toimivat hyvin. Asiakaspalvelu oli hyvin ystävällistä. Saimme jopa jätettyä matkalaukkumme säilöön (ilmaiseksi) muutaman päivän ajaksi ja henkilökunta auttoi myös aina taksin hankkimisessa. Suihkusta saimme tulemaan valitettavasti vain kylmää vettä. Ainoa isompi murheemme olivat sisälle……

“Good ”

“The view of the beach is quite good. The sunset with the beach is great. But all others are bad. First of all, the resort is far from city centre. All of the local tour need to charge with extra cost for hotel pick up. The beach has jellyfish that we could not swim there. The taxi is expensive from the hotel to the city. The staff is not helpful. The hot water has been broken in the first night of our stay which we need to shower with cold water. We booked spa there but the staff has been late……

“We needed somewhere to get our head down between flights. Friendly receptionist upon arrival, clean ensuite room but unfortunately noise from other guests moving round the hotel resulted in a poor nights sleep.”

“The place looks like it’s been refurbished and it’s terrific. Sea view room(11) is great, close to pool, restaurant and beach (though not very swim able due to rocks that we saw on low tide.) Pool is terrific. Service great a about a half hour grab ride into KK. Highly recommend for a laid back stay. We extended our original 2 day stay to 6. ”

“The hotel looks old but service and cleanliness is good. No lift but the hotel not really high. Staff also nice and helpful. Area around the hotel is fine. Might be a bit worry but everything is fine. I don't know about past years service but maybe I can said they have improved. May come again.”

“The hotel is a bit too old and need a renovation, especially the bathroom and the toilet bowl. The AC is too old and not cold enough. The pics are outdated. No elevator. Not for people with many luggages to stay. Staff allowed me to change another room but still quite disappointing. ”

“清潔方面不足”

“We reserved the room and paid to Expedia by internet. The reception staff says the hotel has no informed also no room while we arrival hotel. It's a very bad travel night.”
