“WONDERFUL rustic cabin in a rural area of Texas Hill country. We stayed in the “German Chocolate” cabin for 4 nights during the solar eclipse and throughly enjoyed our stay. Easy 2 mile drive to Fredericksburg. Lovely baked goods waiting for us on our arrival, plus Sophie’s Bakery is right down the road where additional goodies are available! Would definitely stay here again!”

“What an awesome place. Ther room was really cool. However, there no UBS ports, so if you want to charge your phone make sure you bring a charger that plugs into a wall socket. Other than that, it's one of the coolest motels I've ever stayed. ”

“Cute barn, but was 10 feet off the Highway & was a big noisy. Owners were working on property 10 yards from the glass front door so privacy wasn’t great. no ice/ ice cube trays or bottled water. Interior walls are very thin so the sound really carries ”

“I thought I was booking another RB&B closer to town that was larger so when I arrived, it was a little bit chaotic with my partner. She was a bit disappointed, but overall we were very happy with the facilities and I would recommend it. Two little snafus, one the yard man was mowing and weeding when we arrived and not his fault he was having to work around the weather conditions and he was there as we were leaving mowing the front yard. “Perfect little cabin for a couple to stay on a quiet street, especially if you are going to be out and about all day and into the night. The bed and pillows are like sleeping on a cloud and the A/C works really well. There were only 2 cons to our stay. 1. Be careful in the shower as there is no happy medium between the hot and cold water. 2. I'm not sure if it's where the wifi router was located but the internet was barely fast enough to work the smart TV much less my laptop for work...but if……

“The cabin was adorable and had a great location. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the porch and enjoying the seclusion and nature. However, there is no kitchen like advertised, and we had hoped to cook a few meals. There was just a microwave and refrigerator. We opened the microwave to find a very old loaf of banana bread shoved inside!! Gross! Also the bathroom is not quite a bathroom. There is a toilet in a closet with a door that wont close if you are in there. It was functional and the……

“Great location walkable to downtown. Cute house. Upstairs shower faucet was on upside down though so you only got hot or cold water nothing in between. Should be an easy fix with just a screw driver.”

“I loved the stay at Ever's House, Seventh Heaven Suite. Beautiful room. Best thing was I was allowed early check-in no fee. The breakfast picnic basket was the best and included. Dislied: The only down side is I picked this property because of their add-on dine in experience. I was called 1-2 days prior that it was not offered anymore so I was refunded the extra fee. They are not flexible as far as cancelling so I had to purchase travel insurance. They have a strict cancel policy so……
