“Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Although they were unable to provide us the requested handicap accessible room, they did provide a shower chair and upgraded our room to a suite. Every employee we encountered was helpful and went above & beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Will stay here again.”

“This hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor, transformed ALL ROOMS to a "battered woman's shelter" and a security officer stated we should have been notified by the hotel and agencies involved. After a 2-hour drive, I had to find accommodations for 2 days on our phone. I receive confirmation emails from Hotels.com. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL !!!”

“Loved the inner harbor area for our first trip to Baltimore. Staff were very nice and helpful. Timely valet parking staff. Only negative comment or suggestion, we stayed in handicap room, very spacious etc. however shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles are placed a little high for handicap users. ”

“The area is unsafe at night time but there is security and the staff is very nice. The hotel is undergoing renovations in certain areas inside. It was quiet with church bells in the background. I liked the breakfast. ”

Seriously, Hotels.com should take it off from the hotel option list. this place is absolutely crazy. horrible pillow, horrible bed, broken chair, the extreme noisy AC, the broken bath tub door, no hot water, used towels in the bathroom, scary neighbourhood..............that 2 days was the worst time in my life”
