“Great hotel”

“House was well located and matched the description. Kitchen had more cooking equipment than most places do, which was great because we were cooking for ourselves. A few additions like detergent in the laundry and shampoo in the shower covered a few things we’d forgotten. There were some dishes that needed washing, but overall the house worked well for our family and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Thanks!”

“Overall the only negative for this place was the neighbourhood, but this didnt affect our stay. The house was well presented, accurate for the listing and perfect for what we needed.”

“We had a lovely stay at Jude's. The apartment is beautifully finished and very private. The kitchen has everything you need and more, the bathroom is huge and luxurious. The living room looks out onto the beautiful gardens and is a very cosy space. It is close to the cultural centre and aan easy walk to the theatre through a memorial park. Hope to be back! Thanks Jude, and thanks for those little extras which made us feel very welcome.”

“This place is brand new. Nice deco, exactly as you see it as in the photos. It is 10-15min drive from the Dubbo zoo. Not far from parks and dog park. An ideal place to stay if you are visiting the zoo.”

“Great quiet location in center of town with restaurants shops within 2km, the space is huge anyone can find their own comfort space. The property/kitchen is very well equipped you’ll be surprised. We love the place, the host is generous, we recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area”

“This is a great location to visit all tourist spots in Dubbo. Roomy apartment and a nice bath. Options for twin beds would be great and please fix the key chain as it was very easy to lose the keys. However, these are minor issues - otherwise a great stay.”

“We found the stay very enjoyable. However because it rained we would have appreciated a clothes drier. The tv in the main bedroom came on but could not be programmed. The house was wonderful, tastefully furnished anddecorated. The kitchen well supplied in necessary utensils. And from a gardener can we suggest that the garden be tended to. It is beautiful but needs a trim. Overall it was wonderful, thank you.”

“Easter 2024 Family had Uncles 90th Birthday so decided to Easter in Dubbo. Looked up accommodation and finally I booked Bultje. Bultje is a house for 8 guests with four bedrooms. Cost wise it is similar for four couples to stay in separate rooms at other locations, but staying at Bultje, gave us a fully equipment kitchen, large comfortable lounge room, outdoor BBQ area, onsite parking and even a small office area. This allowed the family to enjoy each other's company when not out to zoo and the……

“It was very good experience”

“This place was perfect for our family reunion. It was very spacious for our group of 9. Very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay including a pool to cool off in and a nice outdoor seating and BBQ area. There is also a lovely walk along the river that we enjoyed. There was good communication with the host. I would stay here again.”

“开始前台给错了房间，因为她没有确认名字和房间类型，只是中国人的姓氏一样的就认为是同一个人。我发现后打电话前台。一个叫Julie的态度十分强硬不友善,可以说很不专业。换了房间后发现房间还不错的。其他员工还可以的。复活节期间的溢价不太划算。WIFI用不了，前台说wifi是坏的。”

“The hotel was your typical Ibis hotel- what you would expect. The reception lady was very nice. The shower had good water pressure and hot however not high enough for tall people. Need a power point near the bedside table. ”
