I reported it the next morning to management, and they sent someone out late that afternoon. I was told there was a button under the handle. Yes, but on the inside of the bathroom. I had no way to get into the bathroom for a full night and the next morning! When I asked for a refund for just the one day, I was……

“Perfectly located - with a balcony overlooking Lake Oswego. We enjoyed watching the fish in the lake. Only a short walk to coffee shops, cinema and downtown attractions.”
