“My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at The salty Duplex. Heather the owner was quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful. The rental was very clean and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised on the extra amenities provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. We will absolutely stay there again and look forward to our next vacation.”

“The home was very clean. Looked like new flooring. The small yard in back was very nice. We had some problems with connecting the TV to the internet but most likely user error! Heather was very responsive to all communication. Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“We loved the property and had a great time! Only thing I would suggest is checking light bulbs, there were a lot of lights out. Also, checking batteries in tv remotes. A few of those were not working. Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Can’t wait to come back!”

“This house was amazing and perfect for our 2 night stay with friends. Fully stocked. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to utilize everything. Hottub worked and was clean. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had all wares and utensils even spices and oils needed although we didn’t have time to need them. Big tv, comfy couch, big windows with awesome lakeview. The porch and dock made for some fantastic photos. We will absolutely stay again someday! :)”

“I may have misunderstood the description but while the adorable house is CLOSE to the beac it was not ON the beach. That being said, i would (already have) recommended to friends.”

“I’ve stayed at a lot of places over the years and this was a treat. Far larger than the pictures reveal. The decor was tasteful and not too busy or overboard on a theme. Felt like a home away from home. Kitchen was great. I really appreciated the fenced in patio for myself and the dogs. Neighbors are good country folk. Sand dunes minutes nearby at the honeymoon picnic area. Town and shopping gave the fun tourist activists of boutiques, coffee and farmer’s market all while being close to a quiet……

“Overall a very enjoyable stay. Nice sized deck overlooking the lake framed by large trees. The interior of the house is a throwback to the 1970s, which honors the architectural design of the overall floor plan, so if you enjoy that style, this is your house. The Wi-Fi connection was solid and fast! If I were to have any issues, it would be that the dock that extends into the lake needs a little attention in the upkeep department. It would also be nice to add an appropriately sized seating area……
