“Sleeping arrangement and location was perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Since we took the train into town we needed to drop our luggage off early. The host allowed us to do so. The housekeeper was there so we made sure to be quick and place it where it was not in their way. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we make our next trip!”

“This house is in a great location for visiting Duke & downtown Durham, with off street parking and everything a visitor needs. Friesh was very responsive & helpful, and provided all that we needed for our stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, extra toiletries and paper products. “The house is a very nice house with an open, modern design. It is spacious enough to accommodate large groups of people (we had 6 adults and 2 babies there during the day with no issues). The driveway into the garage is at a weird angle and may be difficult for some especially if trying to back in. Brad the property manager was very attentive and responded very quickly even on the holiday to our inquiries. When modifications to the rental needed to be made, he adjusted it without issue. “We had our family of 8 adults for a weekend of fun for a Duke Basketball game. The house was amazing! Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of linens. The host communicated promptly and often about questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were so comfy - we slept tight! Coffee bars were awesome and decor was amazing - loved added touches like string lights hung around fence and patio which gave a beautiful ambience for a happy hour wine time. Easy Uber ride to and from game-……

Some lighting outside didn’t work and the place could have been a bit cleaner (little more attention to detail) but overall nice stay! Recommend TV in at least one bedroom.”
