“service is good, but only one person in service. Kind of slow. The door key a little old. Over all is worth to stay. Swimming pool is the bonus point ”

“Everything was great, and the desk clerk was delightful. Only thing we would change is the location of the tv. We got a room with a couch so that we could watch tv when we got in. We could only see the tv from the bed. Simple solution is to move the tv several feet to the left. Also, want to say that the breakfast was benter than we usually get. Love the pancake maker. 👍”

“Very clean and the best water pressure in a shower I’ve ever experienced, it was lovely! The pool was a nice size and the breakfast was decent. They did not have an ice machine but overall would still recommend! ”

“We enjoyed breakfast every morning. It had a good variety to choose from. Staff was nice and helpful. Had food establishments near by and stores like dollar tree, Walgreens across the street. Nice location. ”

“The rooms there were very Elegant and comfortable. What they lacked in cable or a decent TV they made up for with the hot tub in the room. Yeah, you heard me right hot tub in the room! Not to mention the waterpark accessible to all guests. Amenities or plentiful the cleanliness was impeccable the staff… They were present at least. Not much can be said about them because they were only at the front desk if I were to call. Outside of that, my whole experience overall was extremely pleasant would……

“Excellent property, clean quiet and updated. Staff was very professional and courteous.”

“We came to the hotel for a night after seeing a play at the Grand. First impressions were great. We got to our room, clean and comfortable. Turned on the TV, neither the straing channels or live tv worked. Everything was in an asian language. The staff didnt have time to fix it...we figured out how to mirror our phone so we could watch a movie. We decided to order food from door dash...problems began. We got a call from our dasher, they were at the address provided, but it wasnt our……
