“I grew up in Springville, and consider it my hometown. This year, I wanted to take my son to the annual rodeo along with my husband and in-laws to show them just how beautiful Springville is. We decided to book this guest house, and let me tell you, it was absolutely 5-stars. The owners were very sweet and made sure our stay was fantastic. It’s a two bedroom, but there is another queen in the extended room, which allowed everyone in our party a place to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with……

“The home is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. Home has comfortable beds, great WiFI service and was clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the cookware is old and dirty. Overall great home for family vacation.”

(Was told they deep clean after each stay…) I have pictures, but no way to upload. Found hair shavings in both sinks and toilets, half drunk bottles and cups, dirty sheets and blankets. Dirty towels. Huge hole in pillow. Super flat pillows, stains on……

“The property is as pictured, clean, roomy and plenty of seating and space for a group of folks. There were a few small things that would have made this a 5-star stay rather than a 4-star. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work. (I don't know if it was the remote or the television or what, but we couldn't get anything to work other than to turn it on.) The Wifi didn't work either. Clearly, the TV in the main room had access to the internet, but the WiFi and code didn't work on our tablets.……

“This place reminded me of camp houses I have stayed at for fishing or deer hunting in the past. Just a nice, older house with a comfy bed and functioning kitchen. Hot water heater had plenty of hot water for a full tub to soak our weary bones. The tub stopper was broken so we bought a silicone one and it worked fine. Heater worked great. Weather stripping on all the doors could stand to be replaced and the light by the door in the kitchen did not appear to have a switch to turn it off, so we……
