“Overnight stay was very good. Comfortable bed and good heat. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. ”

“Could not be a better location to the bills stadium. Less than a 10 min. Walk from room door to gate. Free parking with room. That being said, I personally would not shower there or stay for more than one night due to the outdated and un cleanliness of the bathroom. However the sheets were clean and it was a great place to crash and not worry about how many drinks you have. It also had a clean mini fridge and microwave. Keeping in mind it is a motel not a hotel. “Getting a knock on the door at 4am from one of the workers there saying we never checked in when we did check in. How can you get keys to a room if you don’t check in??”

“50s Style hotel, parking lot terrible. no heat on a 40 degree night (Probably could of got it turned on if I would have asked), and remote not working for tv. Considering other hotels were asking $500 for an event in the area this was a great deal at just over $200 for the night.”

“Good if you need a place to sleep, that’s it. Stayed with my husband and two children, would not return. People up all night slamming doors and yelling. The room was poorly maintained. Not worth the money. It could be a nice place if the owners put a little money into it. ”

“Basic place-to-crash for a reasonable price. I like to support the independent “Mom & Pop” motels: no frills, clean towels and bedding. I usually travel with my own cleaning kit to remedy if porcelains are not to my standards. ”

“good location, easy to find. Shopping nearby. water under floorboards in main room after using the bathtub area(no leaking in the bathroom). Area/clientele might be a bit sketchy for some...I don't venture out after dark anyway. Wifi was good.”

“My room was exactly what I expected. No more, no less. It was clean, functional and close to highmark stadium. (I went to the bills game the day I stayed at the Orchard Park inn.) It was a six min walk from a nice sports bar as well. ”

“This was the first time I stayed at a cheap motel and it was indeed that... a cheap motel but worse than I could imagine. Room was cold and reeked of cigarette smoke. Previous guest had left dirty underwear on the floor, it was not removed by the cleaners. Front desk person wasn't there on arrival or departure and phone didn't work. Cable TV also didn't work. Never again!”

“No heat. Had a portable heater. Took 10 minutes to get hot water. Toilet did not flush completely. Bed was very comfy ”
