“Stayed here with a group of friends, and loved it! We had terrible weather, but the house was the best place to be stuck inside. We made pizzas in the outdoor oven, and enjoyed the hot tub. Can't recommend enough! The property manager Alan was awesome.”

Fresh cut flowers, plenty of clean white fluffy towels, comfortable bedding and the view through sparkling clear windows. “We had a great time at Greg’s property. The house is huge and easily accommodated the 25 guests we had. It is very conveniently located for those that like to take advantage of skiing between Hunter and Windham mountains. Greg was extremely responsive and very easy to work with anytime we had questions arise. I would definitely recommend to others and will most certainly keep this place in mind for future trips! “There were 26 of us for a nice family gathering. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. Only 2 showers for 26 people a little challenging. Kitchen facilities lacking materials as noted in the listing. Bring your own pots and pans. Hot tub and fire pit were a nice addition. All in all, worked out great.”

“The house was fantastic. Close to Hunter Mountain Ski Resort and a cute one street town. Peter and Lara had both wood burning stoves going for us when we arrived. The house is wonderful with a fun separate hang out place for the kids. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Hot tub with wonderful views. All the firewood you could ever need. We will be back for sure!”

“We decided on a trip to Hunter Mountain with our family and some of my sons friends. I came across this house and let me tell you the pictures do not do it justice it’s even better in person!! We were beyond happy with the house and the location…. The house was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. So much room for our group of 13 including our golden retriever! The kids and adults loved the game room some adults even had a Pac-Man competition. We will definitely stay at this house……

“We travel to the Catskills at least once a year and stay at various locations. What sets this property apart is the true seclusion and absolutely no distractions from the nature around you. Even though it is close to hubs like Wyndham and Hunter (less than 20 to both) when sitting outside it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Inside is clean, cosey by the fire, and lots of fun things to do with our teenagers. Definitely would stay again.”

“Brought my family and some friends to stay for weekend for daughter’s belated birthday. The house was cozy. A little rustic. Very much like the cabins at lake Taghkanic. Basic decor and nothing too expensive, which I appreciate. Particularly with a house that sleeps that many and when many of them are young adults, prone to being messy. There is a lake but you either have to drive to it to or cut through the woods on foot, as it is at a local town park. The jacuzzi was a great draw. And the pool……

“We spent an enjoyable week at this rustic chalet. It has a nice mountain view and is down a quiet road with just a couple of other houses. The house had mostly everything we needed. The waffle maker was a big hit.The fridge had plenty of space and there was coffee, tea, sugar and misc spices available. (Note there is not a dishwasher or washing machine at the property, and the well water does have a sulfur odor - in case you aren't used to rural water quirks). The hot tub was nice to have,……

“This place had everything. Enough room for all of pur guests. A perfect backyard including a deck, hot tub, volleyball net and court, basketball hoop, and firepit. Our group was more than entertained in the house, taking full advantages of the ping pong table and the pool table. Nearby hikes for outdoorsy people. Nearby golf course. Nearby bars and restaurants. “My husband and I had a great stay at this charming house. The place was extremely clean, and the bedding and towels were so soft and comfy! I will say that the road it was on was a bit busier than we expected so if you are looking for somewhere truly secluded this might not be a perfect fit. But we had a great time and really appreciated some of the thoughtful touches (a basket of older towels we could use with our dog, for example). Those are extremely minor things, though and we had a lovely……
