“We enjoyed our stay. The property was safe, and I really liked that it was gated and secured. The unit was clean, decorated very nicely and loved all of the amenities. Check in was easy, and the location was convenient and walkable to the strip. Valet parking was complementary and convenient. ”

However I was not able to use MyVEGAS.com rewards over at MGM because of this being a Vrbo and from what I was told at the rewards desk, is that this property is really not affiliated with MGM Grand. Also their pool made me throw away a brand new unopened bottle of 7up because they claim there’s no outside food or beverages allowed. I purchased the soda on the property and they’re not checking what people are bringing in that’s in their……

“We had a fantastic stay! Everything was perfect. The location, the view, the size of the room, the bed, the amenities... all top notch! We loved the Delights cafe in tower 2 (surprisingly good food!) and having access to MGM Grand's pool complex. When I return to Vegas, I will absolutely stay here again. The property was beautifully maintained, smoke free and was convenient to the monorail. Thanks for a wonderful experience in Vegas!! ”

“Stayed over my daughter's spring break in late March. Everything was as described in the posting. Secure and gated building and a seemless check in. Loved the walk way to MGM and the strip even though the weather was great it made me feel better than walking along the side streets in Vegas. Did pools the last day and it was fun to bounce between MGM pools and the more private pool at Signature. Definitely would stay here again!!”

We would enjoy our stay even more if the manager could replace the hard tissue papers and toilet papers with softer ones. As I sneeze a lot towards the end of the trip and my nose hurts after using the tissue papers.”
