“Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.”

“Cozy, clean and well located, short walk to Charlotte Lake Ontario Park. Great area for dog walking with views of lake. Rental was on second floor. Windows on three sides made it very bright. Small but layout and furnishing were attractive and well thought out. Generous sized kitchen. Helpful but unobtrusive host. I'm looking forward to staying again.”

“If you are traveling with pets this is the place to stay! Nice, fully fenced, small yard. The place was casual and comfortable for the two of us. Check in and out was a breeze. Had all the comforts of home. Would def stay again.”

“Absolutely beautiful location and a wonderfully peaceful retreat. The host thought of everything needed for a family stay, from toys for tots to coffee and quiet spaces for adults who want to enjoy a bit of r and r by the water with a good book. The morning sun light bouncing off the water no more than a few feet from the large bay windows makes for a storybook view with one of the most picturesque live canvas we've had the pleasure to enjoy. We never heard any of the activities that went on through the movies or the flea market traffic! We actually enjoyed a stroll through all the hubbub. The place felt brand new and everything we needed.”

“Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.”

“My family and I stayed her while in town for my son's graduation from RIT. When I pulled into the driveway, there were three large trash cans at the curb. Two were laying on the ground with trash scattered all over the lawn, curb and driveway. It wasn't the best impression. I reached out to the owner (or manager) and she responded very quickly and apologized and said she would call the garbage company to pick them up. The next morning the garbage truck came by but only picked up the can that was……

“This property is super charming, and the listing is exact. Although the surrounding area may seem sketchy, it truly isn't. This apartment is located in a historical front of Rochester where multicultural elements are presented. The area is extremely quiet to be so close to the downtown area and Nick Tahou Hots is literally within walking distance. Rochester garbage plates, yum yum! The master room has a super firm, but comfortable mattress with a white noise speaker available to help ease you……
