“Everything looked great, place was clean, modern, and luxurious. The host was really responsive. We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. I loved the customer service and accommodations. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The home was as described. It was clean and in a great community with many amenities. We had 7 adults and 2 6 year olds and was not crowded. Lisa was alwsys very quick replying if we reached out to her. We had hoped for snow but since it didnt snow the indoor pool was a great option. I would recomend staying with Lisa if you going to the Poconos.”

“We spent two nights at Brown Bear with two other families, totaling 12 people. The house is amazing and exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice, we were blown away when we arrived. You can tell the owners take extremely good care of their vacation home. Communication with Jena was smooth before and during our stay, she is very responsive and accommodating. The spacious large open LR, DR, and kitchen was perfect for all of us to gather. And the 4 bedrooms provided plenty of……

“This house was awful in every way. The kitchen was not only not properly stocked to cook in but it was filthy with rodent feces in all of the cabinets and drawers. The stove did not work and smelled like there was a gas leak. The carpet was so stained we had to wear shoes the entire time. There were not enough towels for everyone to have their own after a shower. We also had to wash the dirty towels that were left from The guests before us!! The sheets were very obviously not washed either.……
