“Awful experience. Dirty room, poor service, besides that, the hotel staff said we can send any bad comments on the internet if I want, and did not solve my problem.”

“I booked a double room for myself and a twin rooms to my friends. My friends complaint the water for taking shower in their room was not hot so they came to my room to take shower. There were only 3 hangers in the wardrobe. My double room was not big, i needed to move the bed in order to open two 29 inches luggage. There was no TV and no window in the room. A small window was in the toilet. The hotel said they had wifi but there was no signal . Actually the network for internet of the whole……

“Quiet and cozy room in the middle of nature, thoughts you will still hear the sound made by your neighbourhood dogs and chickens. The bed is comfortable but not everything is provided for your stay, eg. you will need to bring your own cleansing kit, home slippers if necessary. The location is not too far from busy area where you can get food but may still take you 20-30min walk, or you can reserve with the owner for food. Generally speaking it still worth the money to stay”

“Bit of a mix up with the airport pick-up. Although I emailed my flight number and ETA (and received a reply) it hadn't been noted down. Profuse apologies. Ground floor room was basic but clean. Sitting area outside was a sun trap. Small pool was clean and sunny. Safe worked ok. WiFi had intermittent internet connection (but so does the whole island). Breakfast was adequate. The hotel will rent you a car for 40000 clp (cheaper than 'outside'. Airport drop off was good. Overall a pleasantly run……
