Communication from the owner was extremely efficient, appropriate, and detailed, the check-in was seamless and we were greeted with customized gifts from our host. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing girls’ weekend. I highly recommend this house for friend groups, families or couples!”

“This is a great location to downtown in a nice neighborhood. The home was tastefully renovated with modern amenities provided. The bed was super comfortable too. We arrived at night, in the rain and didn’t realize the garage was around the corner from the home. We parked in front of the house and ended up with a $30 parking citation. This information was noted in the house rules binder that we found the day we were checking out inside the coffee table drawer. Might be a good idea to list this……

“I’m a hiker so this location was perfect. My friend and I drove about 3-5 miles down the road until we found a parking spot and took off into the Au Sable forest and hiked for hours with our dogs. The home is cozy with great views and all of the basics for a great stay. Highly recommend.”

“Property was clean but smaller with odd floorplan than we expected. Double bed was against the wall so it was difficult for two people to sleep on it. Wife used the pull-out couch and I used the bed. Shower door does not close so water leaked onto floor. (should get it fixed to avoid damage to floor) Towels were clean and fresh. Had to walk through bedroom to get to bathroom. Kitchen is OK for a quick breakfast or snack since it only has a bar top against the wall. Coffee maker was great. TV's……

“The rental was very clean. A very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well equipped. A very nice place for money. Especially like the no pet policy. The only improvement would be is for the neighbors next to driveway to do some outdoor cleanup. Time permitting it would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the available fire pit and grill. “We were in town to visit family in Midland for the holidays. It was in a perfect location for a family get together in Midland. The property was beautiful and as advertised. I loved the open concept. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The kitchen was clean and furnished with everything you need. There was hand soap and dish soap which was a great plus! When we arrived the floors looked like they could have used a quick vacuum but not overly dirty. There were towels and wash cloths……

“We had a 2 night stay. We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. I loved the kitchen and the double laundry machines. The king bed was super comfy. It was clean… the bedding was fresh. It was stocked decent. I had a pet and she had fun zooming around the backyard. My girls enjoyed watching the tv and playing with the toys from the toy cabinet. We will certainly book with Erica again, if we ever need an another rental in the area. Thank you for letting my……
