“Wonderful and responsive host, quick to respond to inquiries. Perfect, clean house with ample living space and private back yard, in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean accommodations inside with all amenities. Started the mornings with a relaxing walk to and then along the bay. Easy driving to friends and attractions. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended!”

While there are a couple of areas that could use improvement, such as ensuring the bedding is always fresh and replacing the sticky rug to maintain……

“This property has a spacious and well maintained backyard. The firepit was surrounded by comfortable patio couches. The interior was spacious for the 6 of us staying here. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need to cook/clean. Location is super close to Manhattan and it was quiet surrounding the house. The only trouble with the area is the street parking in Jersey City, but the accommodations outweigh the 1 negative. The host is easy to reach and will answer any questions about……

“This place is a scam and no good for families. The pictures do not reflect the condition. Furniture is broken, no utensils and not clean. Do not book this place and run away from it. Had to re-book on another hotel the same night. ”

“We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events.”

“Very spacious house for a family. Very close to the beach, amusement park, water park. The house has everything you‘ll need for sleeping, cooking, relaxing. The hot tub was a hit. The wifi quality was really appreciated by our kids. The beds are very comfortable. The shower at the master bedroom is just amazing. The balcony with the fireplace is also a nice place for a nightly storytelling. The host was very responsive every time we needed something. And also - the few artworks in the house are……
