“This property was one of the best we have stayed in. It was updated, clean, and well stocked. Directions were clear, and communication with the host was excellent. The coffee/tea bar was a nice amenity, as well as the water cooler. The location was quaint and quiet with horses across the street.”

We were on our honeymoon, just the two of us, and when we arrived we were greeted by the sweetest note, with wildflowers, and bubbly in the fridge! 🥰 Vanessa was very friendly and responsive via the VRBO app, totally flexible when our travel plans changed, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The farmhouse itself is even more amazing than the pictures do justice - lovingly restored with such artful and whimsical details……

“The private beach at the home was great, so relaxing, bald Eagle flew right over us, tubes to float in river. Home was very large, clean and well stocked with essentials. Beds were very comfortable, loved the back deck and huge yard to hang out on. We really enjoyed our time here while visiting for concert at Bethel Woods.”

“The place was as described. The kitchen equipment was great - there were enough plates, silverware, mugs, glasses, etc. The cooking equipment was good, too. Suggestion: small bowls and plates. The dining room table only had little benches to sit on. We brought in the chairs from the front porch. There is no sofa. The living room and study (combined) had 2 easy chairs, a day bed, and these really odd "theater seating." The theater seating was really just put together, 2 level frames with……

“We loved the property. The grounds were beautifully manicured. We enjoyed walking through the property at the spectacular view and outbuildings. The front porch was magnificent sipping our morning coffee. The sounds of the toads softly croaking in the pond lulled us to sleep. My son enjoyed finding turtles. We saw deer, turkeys, rabbits, and chipmunks. The house was very clean and was well stocked. The deep soaker tub was luxurious and the upstairs 1/2 bathroom with its beautiful antique door……

“When I reserved my stay for 34 days (I explained this was not a vacation, I was doing an externship for school), I was told the” cottage” was booked for 3 of the 5 weeks, but an art studio was available to rent. I specifically asked to confirm there was a private bathroom, high speed WiFi, and air conditioning. Prior to my arrival I told that she was going to put me in the cottage for 12 days, then move me to the studio. What could I say. The cottage was nice, but the common area was not air……

“We had a very nice stay at this property. The views were absolutely stunning and the ambience and quiet were just what we were looking for. The outdoor sitting area overlooking the view was outstanding. We had some issues with the lights not working in the main bedroom, trouble using the shower in the main bedroom and that the pool is only heated with additional payment. Despite that we still used the pool and very much enjoyed the hot tub and other amenities that came with the house. Overall……

“This was a perfect home for all of the women in our family (ages ranging from 37-84) to get together for the weekend.
