“Lovely villa, had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, clean and well equipt. Great location for the old town. We were however disappointed that the upper level kitchen couldnt be used as we had a family with a baby and it would have been better if they could have utilised it instead of having to go to the lower level for milk snacks ect. The loungers round the pool also need replacing as they were very uncomfotable. These issues however did not impead on our stay and we would return.”

“Die Gastgeber waren sehr liebevoll und gastfreundlich. Sie halfen uns bei allen Problemen und Fragen und versorgten uns sogar mit kleinen Leckereien, frischen Eiern und Orangen. Die Unterkunft ist klein und gemütlich. Sie war sehr sauber und ist mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet. Wenn man das meiste Gepäck im Bettkasten verstaut, reicht der Platz in dem Schrank aus. Der Außenbereich ist großzügig und man kann direkt an der Hütte parken. Geweckt wird man am Morgen durch……

“We enjoyed a great relaxing stay at the atelier at Quinta da Arte; a very individual and lovely place. We loved the property, the pool and the location, great for the mountains and 15min drive to Tavira. Heidi was very friendly and attentive, checking that we had everything we needed, which we did. We look forward to staying again in the future.”

“We loved the beautiful house and yard. It was a great place to hang out as a family. Lots of games and we had tournaments of bocce and ping pong. The tables inside and pool side were perfect for our family reunion of 8. The location to the amazing beach and colourful cliff walks were a short walk. The tapas restaurant and the fresh pastries from across the street were delicious. I hope to return. The owners were delightful and easy to get in touch with.”

“Gesamtbild: Das Casa Galeria liegt traumhaft in einer ruhigen Gegend (aber Auto notwendig). Kein Massentourismus. Keine Hotelanlagen. An die Hühner, Gänse und Hunde in der Nachbarschaft gewöhnt man sich schnell und letztendlich haben sie auch zum tollen Urlaubsgefühl gehört. Wer in der portugiesischen Natur entspannen möchte, wohnt hier richtig. Haus: das Casa Galeria gehört zu einem Ensemble aus zwei Häusern. Es bietet aber trotzdem die Privatsphäre, die man erwartet, da u.a. die Terrasse nicht……

“We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to walk to the beach and a short drive into town. Very quiet. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated and the kitchen has the tools you need for cooking. We called the decor "grandma's" house. It worked well just a little worn and outdated.”

“Had a lovely stay in Cabanas in this traditional Portuguese house in a small town. Everything was within walking distance. Close to the boardwalk and ferry across Ria Formosa lagoon to the beach. Two wonderful terraces. Nicely decorated with artistic touches. We had a few issues that required us to contact the owner who responded immediately. Would recommend to others!”

"Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars for it! Amazing stay"
