“Nice property with an awesome rooftop area. We were a group of 5 and it was not suitable for us. My son did sleep on the couch but there were no extra blanket or pillows for him. Would not sleep a sixth person as listing indicates. Disappointingly not enough essentials for our 3 day stay - such as toilet paper. Getting in the property is tricky - multiple door knobs on two separate entrances - but felt secure once inside. Was great to walk to Temple University and overall safe location.”

“We had a great stay in this apartment. There was easy, free street parking outside. The apartment was easy to get into and the host was quick to reply with any questions. We did have trouble with the code and she called me immediately to get it figured out and we got in right away. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated, and clean. It was a great space for 4 people with two beds & two full baths for a great price. It was a quick 5 minute Uber to downtown Fishtown or we even walked during……

“The apartment was in a perfect location and provide indoor parking which was AWESOME!!! We were able to walk and drive effortlessly to everything we did while in Philly! My wife said we would rent again next year on our return trip. The owner was great/flexible to work with. Our only feedback would be to possibly leave a small container / pack for dishwasher and washer/dryer.”

“Overall, we had a nice weekend. A couple of things, though. The right bedroom window is stuck open about 4”. It looked to me that the window frame was broken and couldn’t come the full way down. Also, it would help to have the condo listed as a second floor rental so persons with disabilities are aware of that before renting.”

The longest i spent looking for street parking was maybe 10 minutes. Not too bad. The location was great and quiet. I have no complaints, only a couple of heads up. We had plenty of space and the location was great, close to shops, the Princeton campus and the canal path for runs and walks. “The weather was stormy, but our stay was very nice! All of the furniture was so modern and pretty. The house had wonderful character and all the tiny details really pulled everything together. The beds were extremely comfortable, as well as the pillows. The upstairs had beautiful light shining in. The layout was gorgeous. The walks everywhere were wonderful. Everything was in close proximity. I would definitely come back to this house!”
