“This duplex was perfect for my three sons and myself. We stayed five days to attend one of my son’s Navy Graduation! House was very clean and modern. Had everything we needed, was a nice neighborhood, quiet neighbors? Close to everywhere we needed to go. Only suggestion would be to have the owners secure the rugs, they are very slippery. ”

“We brought our boat to the chain o lakes with family. This house was perfect for us. We were able to use the fire pit and gas grill. The house was on the water so we were able to have access to the boat the entire stay. There is a restaurant next door to the house as well. Very quiet neighborhood too. Will stay here again!!”

“This house has everything you need for a great getaway! It was clean, very well-appointed, and had lots of space to spread out. The beds were comfy, the coffee bar was well stocked, and there was even a station set up with waffle mix, makers, and fixins'. Mike (property owner) responded quickly to our questions and Carrie (property manager) was delightful! There is a reason this place has so many glowing reviews...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“I've rented 26 homes in three years since I started using short term rentals. This is the worst I've ever had. Starting with check-in. NOT mentioned in the ad is the fact that you have to download a separate app to open the doors. This is a full-on registration...email/phone/etc. Shouldn't be needed and now I'm already getting fresh new spam! Yay! House rules: Don't use laundry room, it's unsafe. Oh but if you need to clean something, go ahead and use the laundry! OK, now the house. I WISH I……

“We had a group of 9 stay (6 adults, 3 kids). Everyone had a clean, comfortable bed to sleep in and the spaces in the home were divided up well so that people could have separate hang out spaces. The communal areas were all big enough that we could all comfortably gather and spend time together. We arrived past dark for check-in, so the first morning we woke up and saw the view out the large picture window in the main room, we were amazed. It was a beautiful view of the lake. “Christmas family getaway was everything we expected. The house is beautiful. Perfect set up so our littel one could go to bed and we could play games in the game room. Looking forward to returning during the summer and being able to use all the outside amenities. Property manager was a delight and extremely helpful with everything.”

“The house was really nice, we enjoyed our stay, enough space for 10-12 people, the only problem we had was the lighting outside of the house we didn’t have any light after sunset, we had to use our phone to us bbq grill.”

“Was better than expected. I've stayed at a few different hotels in the area that were horrible, so this was was great compared to those. Beds were very comfortable! You can tell they are doing upgrades but still some cosmetic things noticed. You can hear the highway traffic, especially in the morning. Overall, no huge complaints. ”
