“We all enjoyed your location in Perry for our annual Memorial Day weekend to meet up with other family members. My family has gone to Letchworth State Park ever since I can remember on the Sunday before Memorial Day! Your Gate House place was everything we needed and more! Your basement area which was well equipped with fooseball, pool table, shuffleboard, games etc. was a big hit by all. The basketball area which was outside was a big hit as well! “Nice and quiet”

“Plumbing was a challenge because couldn’t wash dishes without boiling water and didn’t want to wash ourselves or brush our teeth with the smelly water. Also, the propane only lasted 2 days; was dead on 3rd day (probably because of boiling water). We enjoyed the solitude, even though the road noise is present. All in all it was a pleasant couple days as we lucked out with beautiful weather.”

“Stayed with my daughter and grand daughter . We loved looking out at the waterfall, we saw a bald eagle a number of times, he flew right past the window! Very secluded and relaxing stay.”

“First its hard to find property bcoz on expedia address mentioned wrong it should be 3767 maple grove but it mention 3767 walker road and shows something else property. After i looked message from owner after that easy to find property. I must says it well maintained property and comfortable i would definitely recommend to stay here. And Mr Owner refrigerator is leaking water need to fix. Thank you for your service.”
