“My husband, 8 year old and I had a great stay here, just wish we could have stayed longer! Our room was clean and in good condition. It also had a nice view, even though we didn't pay for an upgrade. The property is beautiful with the lake and mountains. We ate dinner on the patio and there was a live musician who was awesome. The food was mediocre. My son enjoyed the pool. We had a great night and will be back to try out the boat rentals, trails and firepits.”

“Great location and overall value. Modest and clean. No in-room coffee. Lobby coffee opens at 7AM. There are zero plates, utensils, dishsoap, etc. Take advantage of the nearby Walmart/Dollar Tree. There are no sidewalks here. Proprietors are a thoroughly lovely family. ”

“Great stay at this location. Rooms were clean, very comfortable, and everything worked as expected. The breakfast was tasty and staff in that area were professional and attending. Desk staff in the morning were especially friendly.”

“Stayed for one night and the hotel felt very clean. Didn't have that strange hotel odor that some places have. The staff was friendly. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We arrived later in the evening, so it was nice that the pool was open till 11pm. I was happy with the room and would stay here again.”

“Check in was okay, the pet fee is more than most other places. The beds were comfy. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well. The shower was hot with fair water pressure. ”

“Had a great stay at this hotel in Frostburg. Friendly desk staff, visited the bar/restaurant in the lobby, lots and lots of historic charm throughout the building. Our room was basic, clean and very reasonably priced. Will stay here again!”

“Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!”

“This B&B is a must stay. The owner makes every attempt to make your stay perfect. The mansion is very clean and spacious with a lot of privacy. Food and drink accommodations are unparalleled. The best B&B we have stayed in. ”
