“This house was all you could ask for and more. The front screened in porch was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. There was plenty of room inside to enjoy. Suzanne was very quick to response to any questions we had. Great time!!!”

“It was nice and clean. Very roomy for 3. Only thing I suggest is a memory foam on the pull out couch for adults who need to sleep there. Overall it is a perfect place to stay. Jamie is great!! I rate him a 5”

“My family loved our stay in Orlando ! Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. Easy to access, near everything you need for your stay, including shops and supermarkets. Great pool area. Impossible to play pool in the game room cause it’s too small. I would definitely recommend the house for any vacation in Orlando, Kissimmee ! Absolutely loved it ! ”

“We stayed at the Locke Inn for my cousins wedding and it was perfect for our large family! It was walkable to down town dade city and less than a 4 min walk to The Venue, where they got married! It was fully stocked with extra toiletries, water, towels, for our big group. Loved having so many bathrooms and we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. We loved all of the small details that were added about the history of the place and the decor was top notch. My only suggestion would be……

“We booked this property as a place to stay for a 3 day fishing trip to Crescent Lake. There were 8 guys and this place was exactly what we were looking for. Very secluded with no neighbors and just the sounds of wildlife at night. We loved the fishing dock on the creek and utilized it on several days. We actually left the lake early on our last day just to come back and relax at the lodge. It's definitely not a Ritz Carlton, but we gladly traded those amenities for a secluded, rustic, and……

“We so enjoyed being on the water wonderful sunrises & a few manatee sightings. Very clean AC was cold, hot showers, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Beach and pool within easy walking distance as well as some good restaurants. Agree with everyone 100% Dani is a excellent Host!”

“Our group has been staying at this house every Jan/Feb for the last few years for our annual St. Johns river fishing trip. There is lots of room for our group of 12 guys and the owner is easy to deal with. We plan to return each year and this is the best house on the river in Astor that our group all agrees on staying. “We had a kayak trailer. Since it was small, they allowed us to park it in a separate spot of an unused room number was available. The renovation was very well done, loved the beds, decorations, etc. AND a full kitchen. We would have loved to stay longer. ”

“Our stay was comfortable and very close to what we wanted to do/see. It is tastefully decorated although the paint job in the bathroom could be improved. Being coffee lovers we appreciated the fact that we’re TWO coffee making options - a Keurig and a regular coffee maker! “We did not receive the “house rules” brief until the second day of our stay. This information should be either on the rental announcement or given to the perspective renter for their consideration before committing to rent the transaction. The “ad” states that there is a parking space available. When I got to the property all the parking spots on the pavement were taken. There were no cars parked on the lawn. The house rules brief I received the second day allow for patrons to park on the “lawn”……
