The location was also great and very convenient to everything in Floyd. The owner was also amazing and helped accommodate us at the last minute and was very responsive. “The was my first time staying at a VRBO and this one was more than I expected. There was a bottle of wine, snacks & fully stocked kitchen. There were plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone to have. The place was clean, and the area was very quiet. We were close to restaurants and shops. Wish we had more time to explore the town of Floyd. We definitely would stay there again!”

“Once we arrived, everything was fine. But getting there was a bear! Also, the bunk bed--being the only bed--was a bit difficult to get into, and even more dangerous getting out of. But the place was filled with color and all kinds of hipster decorations--there was even a stuffed party hat! Overall, the drive was arduous up mountain roads with locals lining up behind us 10 and 12 cars long. A fun and weird experience, all said and done. Not sure we would recommend, though.”

“Very cute and comfortable. If you love being in the woods but close to town it’s perfect. It was a pleasure running into the owner at a brewery performing music. He managed to over hear chatting with the locals realize I was there and came over to say hi. That was really cool and made my stay feel more homie and welcomed. I plan to be back.”
