“House was exactly as described. Super spacious, well designed, and the big room where everyone can be together was very special was perfect for a group reunion. There were a ton of fun activities and beautiful spots in Cooperstown very close to the house. The host went way above and beyond. They were extremely interesting and interested in understanding our groups needs. Super quick response times. They provided a spreadsheet of recommendations for different activities and grocery……

The bed and couches were comfy, I was toasty warm even though there was a Springtime snowstorm and I appreciate the countless thoughtful supplies (bananas, muffins, toiletries, so many kinds of Keurig coffee and teas). The owner was quick to answer any questions and very accomodating when I had to leave early for a pet emergency at home.I will return next time I am in the area!”

I was mining so the entrance to hang jackets and boots before entering house was fantastic. Plenty of space to lounge and rest. The kitchen was great to cook. The house is spacious, clean, and very nice, complete with a patio and dock. The view of the lake is spectacular. I would highly recommended these hosts and this property.”

“Nice cabin to relax and escape to. There’s a few trails around and the towns around have everything you need. The owner of the property was super helpful and always responded immediately. Very easy to communicate with. It snowed while we were up there which was absolutely beautiful being surrounded by trees. There was a smell coming up through the drains from the sewage but we had a candle in the bathroom and the kitchen which was perfect so not to bad. We had told Revi about it and she wanted……

Four bedrooms were warm, kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and parking for three cars. Highly recommended!”

“while we enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for our wedding event that took place, the property hadn’t been clean in ages and the wooden beds shown in the advertising were broken and were not sleepable. That’s 3 beds I counted on for atleast 6 persons that was completely out of commission. One bed was even put together with red duck tap, so property owners knew and said nothing. While we were there the circut for the back room must have given way (fried or burned out) as resetting the……
