"This is our second time staying here and we will be back every year! We bring our family for cheer competition at the wharf. This year I was very close to delivering our baby and wasn’t sure if we would make it, the host was so accommodating. The outdoor set up is so nice, our whole family (my husband and I, 6 kids) really enjoyed watching a movie together and being able to eat together at the table. Not to mention the park is so close we could sit in chairs in the driveway and watch our kids...

"This was our second stay and this is a great property for a small family. Love that its ground level and everything was as described in the listing. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen and the location is perfectly settled within walking distance of the beach and some shops but off the main busy road. You are able to hear the guest above this unit but it was not bad, if there is a large family or group above I can see how people would find it disturbing."

"My husband and I had a wonderful time at the condo. Checking in was fairly easy, parking passes are now $50 not $40 as advertised. There was plenty of parking and they have nice carts to help carrying in all of your luggage. There are three elevators and they are fast. The condo was comfortable, the balcony seating was nice and the large shower was great. I took one star off the rating because the wireless internet was not good. "This property was not bad, just outdated. There was an odor that smelled like an old house. Once we got some plug in air fresheners and spray that was better. Everything appeared to be clean though. Location and beach access was great. Sliding door to balcony was rigged with a screw preventing it from opening so access to balcony was only available through the master bedroom. Washing machine sounded like it was on its last leg but got clothes clean nonetheless."

"One of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at! Loved all of it. We were at the pool and the beach constantly due to it being walking distance. The host always responded to texts quickly! There is a Keurig, bring K Cups. OR bring coffee, there is also a coffee pot with filters. Very important for sunrise coffees!"
