We weren't able to stay in this home due to "issues". They did not get us check in information as promised. The replacement place they put us in was 2 bedrooms not 4 with many items missing from the kitchen etc. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable, and they promised a one night refund, which I still haven't seen……

“This was all we needed for a trip to the Claremont McKenna College campus for graduation. The price was significantly better than the closer hotels where other family members were staying. The parking area was easy and the kitchen was great for preparing breakfasts during our four night stay. Liked the Keurig machine! The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. “I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The game room was perfect for our 4 young kids and they played for hours on the foozball and pinball machine while the adults gathered by the fireplace on the cozy couch. “Home was one of the best equipped homes we've encountered over the past few years. Communication with the owner was immediate and check in/out was very swift & easy. Only issue we encountered was with TVs which were difficult with Alexa for us to maneuver. However, the owner left explicit instructions which eventually, enabled us to operate. Jacuzzi was an added plus as well. Home is beautifully furnished with top-of-the-line products & toiletries.”

“這次出差住了三週，我們訂了七間房，有些房間少了浴室浴簾，有些少了一顆枕頭，有些少了垃圾桶，總之就看你的運氣。 房間裡有個廚房可以自己料理，算是一個優點，只是裡面什麼廚具都沒有，需要自己去附近的賣場採購。 旅館並不會定時來清潔，但一樓有付費洗衣機，床單被單枕頭套或毛巾都可以自己拿下去洗，掃具要跟櫃檯借，櫃檯不是24小時，進門需要刷卡，以安全考量來說還算不錯。”
