“House is in a nice location. The pictures were photoshopped on the listing to make the wood appear to be a more modern wood tone than it actually is. Not a huge deal but definitely something I noticed upon arrival. The bath towels provided by the house were bleach stained. No AC in bedrooms. Plant overgrowth on back deck. Ice maker doesnt work in freezer. Minor issues that could be addressed to provide a nicer experience for guests. Overall the house was not bad and we had a nice stay, but not 5……

“Great house and property. It could not have been easier and the area is so peaceful. Close to Saratoga and an easy drive north to Lake Placid. The property manager communication was excellent and the house is outstanding. Highly recommend”

“Stayed here for a show at SPAC with my dad. The property was perfect for our needs; 2 bedrooms, clean, good amenities, and it was a quiet and peaceful location. No traffic noise, nice large yard with a fire pit and awesome gas grill. It was nice staying in a quieter area but still close to Saratoga and the concert venue.”

“We had a nice time on our vacation. We were looking for a relaxing week away and we got it. The house was smaller than we imagined, but ended up working fine for us. The beach area is beautiful and really makes this property special. We had fires on the lake at night and it was awesome. There are neighbors nearby, but they are friendly and quiet. “We spent three nights in this cute townhouse. It was well stocked and clean and suited our needs for our stay. The beds were comfortable and off street parking was great. The house was updated with new kitchen and baths. It is a little far from the city areas but we didn’t mind a 20 minute drive to get there.”

“Tony was a fantastic host. Tony's place was immaculate, well stocked. Tony made us feel lime family. Tony bent over backwards to give us insight to places to go, eat and see. He even had a bottle of wine for us when we arrived for our anniversary. His kayaks and canoes were available to use on the lake that his property was on. My wife and I will be sure to go back again. 5 stars all around. ”

“We had such a great stay at this property. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and it rained the whole time we were visiting. At the end of a long day of sight-seeing it was so nice to come home to a cozy spot. Everything about the listing is spot on, so many little comforts provided by the hosts - coffee pods, linens, towels, welcome bottle of local sparkling water. Can't wait to return when it's not raining cats and dogs.”

“We had a wedding about 10 minutes from the property and it was perfect for us and our college kids to meet up. Spacious and a wonderful, quiet location for us to relax before the wedding. Plenty of space for us all to get ready and sleep comfortably. The back deck was great for us to have a few cocktails and enjoy to beautiful weather. Our stay here made our time together relaxing and enjoyable.”

“1890s Elegant mansion with great bones and almost completely restored. Pool would be big plus in summer and game room definitely a plus, though some equipment needed repair. Great location for our short family reunion of 6 adults and 3 tweens. Would worry about kids less than 10 or limited mobility folks as stairs quite tight or spirally and high. Does have first floor bedroom but a bit of distance to the single well appointed bath on that floor. Kitchen quite well equipped and even had a wide……

“The hotel was clean and staff was friend ly. Easy check-in. The hotel was off a back road - but it looked safe. The breakfast buffet was was good - eggs, cereal, waffles, etc. The hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable. No problems - tv worked,no thermostat issues. Everything was great!! I would stay here again!! ”
