“Excellent service from front desk workers and cleaning ladies, and also at breakfast. Excellent communication using text and quick response and rapid service. Loved where it was situated, very convenient. Garbage cans and bags not big enough and not emptied often enough.”

“The front desk staff person was very friendly and welcoming. I liked that it is a pet-friendly hotel! I liked the roomy bathroom. There was plenty of space for the litter box, food dishes, large carrier, and other things our cat needs. As we don't let the cat out in the main room, a sliding glass door across the shower would make life lt easier, as we could then have kitty in the bathtub behind the glass door and still use the rest of the washroom! I don't expect this will change by next……

“酒店在公路旁，晚上有貨車聲，淋浴用了省水花灑，是慳水，但是一點都不舒適，毫不爽快，如果因爲要慳水而令客人不舒適，我想是不可接受的，反而洗手的水龍頭又沒有使用慳水的水龍頭！洗手盆的距離很遠，漱口時很不方便，風筒是壞的，服務台只有一個人當值，晚上電話無人接聽，更不用說服務了。”
