“My friend and I enjoyed our quick getaway. The house and property are clean and well-maintained, the hot-tub was nice, the view was wonderful. The house is well-stocked with necessities. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. The house is bright and cute.”

“The house was very clean and as pictured. Mike was very helpful and friendly in pointing out things to know for our stay. Beds were comfortable (seemed new) and were Temperpedic/memory foam material- which we love. Kitchen is nice, large and a great place to gather. Easy access to downtown Frankenmuth. Would definitely stay again if we return.”

“Your home away from home. You need nothing but your clothes and food. You do not need a lot of food as there are a lot of great restaurants. Make sure to bring walking shoes for shopping. What made it extra special was we were able to sit outside and see the Aurora borealis. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with our family.”

“The property was wonderfully maintained, very clean, decorated comfortably and beautifully and had lots of room for each person of our large group to feel happy in that space. All amenities were great - loved the parking space, the hot tub and the open spaces. We had a few people in our group with mobility issues and this property works very well for those that can manage stairs. If we were to return to this area, we would VRBO here again!”

“We had a 2 night stay. We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. I loved the kitchen and the double laundry machines. The king bed was super comfy. It was clean… the bedding was fresh. It was stocked decent. I had a pet and she had fun zooming around the backyard. My girls enjoyed watching the tv and playing with the toys from the toy cabinet. We will certainly book with Erica again, if we ever need an another rental in the area. Thank you for letting my……

“The house had lots of room & perfect space to hang out & play games. Convenient location to downtown & stores. Wish the weather was nicer so we could have used the bikes & water toys. House really had everything needed to make it feel like home.”

“This is a great location to downtown in a nice neighborhood. The home was tastefully renovated with modern amenities provided. The bed was super comfortable too. We arrived at night, in the rain and didn’t realize the garage was around the corner from the home. We parked in front of the house and ended up with a $30 parking citation. This information was noted in the house rules binder that we found the day we were checking out inside the coffee table drawer. Might be a good idea to list this……

“Our 2King Suite was HUGE! Besides the bedroom area with desk, there was a living room area in the entry with a table & chairs, sofa-sleeper, and chair. Everything in the hotel was very clean. Super friendly front desk staff. Will be staying again next year when the need arises.”
