“I researched a lot of hotels prior to our trip and so glad we ended up coming here with our 3.5 and 2 yr olds. The property is stunning. It feels like you’re at a resort in Mexico. 2 nice playgrounds that are shaded was very appreciated. The beds are comfy and sheets are so soft. The rooms are HUGE. We had a one bedroom villa and asked for a rollaway bed and pack and play and we could fit both of them in our room. We were blown away at the room size. The location is so perfect too, easy 5ish……

“The new general manager was very helpful. Her name began with the letter A and she was about 30 years old with hair. She let me check in early: I was pretty sick and appreciated her kindness. Gabriel was often short with me and got upset every time I asked for a new card because mine got demagnetized. I asked 4 times in 14 days. He even snapped and asked me when I was leaving after about a week. It was unnecessary and rude. I have stayed at this hotel for almost 16 springs in a row and……
