“One of two houses for an annual friends’ getogether. All amenities and features were as advertised. The bedrooms and en suites were clean and comfortable. The living area was attractive and welcoming. This was definitely a great choice for us.”

It’s super-clean, with character and an historical ambience. We found so much to do in the Galena area, including nearby towns and the Galena River Trail. “We had a great weekend get away. This townhouse fit the bill for us. Easy access to Galena and lovely semi rural setting. We even purchased some farm fresh eggs, located along the route, for breakfast.”

“The location was Great, GPS off a lil bit. There was a messy tree that our shoes dragged little buds in all the time. The key box was a little hard to open. The pool was not used because we couldn't figure out what or where to go. There are a lot of stairs. It is on three different floors. Missing was a home feeling. Little touches that make it feel personal. The beds were comfortable.”

“We had a perfect weekend for three friends from grade school to reconnect. The weather was perfect and the house was perfect. There were three bedrooms on three different floors, a deck to view nature, and a large kitchen table to eat, play games and laugh. The host was wonderful and sent suggestions ahead of time. Their home was well stocked and very comfortable. We had a picnic at Galena vineyards, shopped main street, ate at Galena brewery and did the Goat trek! We would love to come back……

“Beds were great, we all slept great. Very quite location, small ant problem and lower level tub could use a better cleaning. It may have not been rented for a while, there was dead bugs in tub and on floors. A review awhile back said that the coffee maker took forever to brew, I would agree that it needs a new one. But overall great stay.”

“Beautiful painting when you walk in- Room was spacious and clean. Sausage on breakfast buffet was really spicy. Would have rather had regular sausage links or patties. Bathroom soap would recommend going to prefilled pump shampoo and conditioner.”

“Wonderful location and the outside decks are very nice. We stayed two nights, while we didn't eat dinner either night in the restaurant, we did get the most wonderful limoncello cake the first night. However, the breakfast on both mornings was nothing to be excited about. Coffee was out on the first day and the staff didn't care when told, French toast was cold, and the scones almost raw; bacon was the only redeeming item. The second morning was no better, pancakes were cold and scones still……
