She was prompt to answer any questions we had. The house was clean and very nicely kept. Would recommend you stay here if you are bringing a larger group. Plenty of parking for more than two cars. The layout of the house was perfect in providing separate sleeping areas for the children and adults while also having plenty of common shared space in which to visit and relax. Check-in and check-out were both quick and convenient as was communication with the property owners. The property was everything we were looking for and needed. “Very impressed with the property. Would recommend only one improvement: We had 4 senior adults join us for dinner and conversation. The furnishings - table for only 4, uncomfortable couches - do not really accommodate this type of group visit. Recommend furniture upgrade/rearrangement.”

“This is advertised as a million dollar mansion with spectacular views but it is an absolute dump. The house was disgusting and filthy. The floors made your feet black, the sheets had stains on them, and their was dust everywhere. The pictures of the home make it seem that is well put together. In reality, there are dirt on the wall, holes in the floor, ceilings, and walls. When an area is touched up with paint, it is done with a different color so the overall house looks run down and old.……

“Perfect location on the beach...we didn't leave for anything but coffee and food. Staff was awesome and super attentive. We will be back. We did let the property management company know that there was a leak in the master bath water closet (looks like it had been going on for a while), the living room TV subwoofer speaker was blown and the phone in the master didn't work. Other than that, it was perfect.”
