“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the golf course townhome. It was very cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. The screen porch was a great gathering space for our group. We had a problem with the tv remote but the property manager responded immediately and resolved the issue. We’ll definitely rent this property in the future when in the Garrison area.”

“The cabins are absolutely wonderful. We picked the area so we could have the alone time. Everything you need is just 30 min away if you need to restock. Its clean and quiet. It was ladybug season but didnt bother us at all. Good beds and plenty of room to gather. We will stay again.”

“The cabin was perfect for a little weekend fishing trip. I loved how clean and organized the cabin was. It was incredibly easy to enter and enjoy our time there. I liked how much was provided for dishes, toiletries, towels, and linens. I felt safe and secure too. Would definitely stay here again and would like to visit during the summer months too.”

“This was a great place to relax and be with my family. I have a daughter who has a camper at Sherwood Forest camp site and there is not enough room for all of us. We were able to be close to them and have get togethers at their place and our rental for cards and games and food”

“Spouse and I snuck away for anniversary for some fishing. Although the boat ramp is better suited to smaller boats easy access. Home is well kept for needs and manager of property is very responsive and accommodating”

“This is a cute motel. The property was clean and we had excellent communication. We were able to get an early check in when we called which was wonderful. Check in and check out was easy and convenient which doesn’t always happen with motels which have been updated. The walls are paper thin, so if you are a person that needs quiet I would say this is not the place for you. The bathroom was clean but the tub was not updated(think pink). This meant a nice big tub even if it was pink from another……

“Cute, clean, quiet and comfortable home. We enjoyed the hot tub, walking to the nearby bar/restaurant and snuggling in to watch a movie while it lightly snowed outside. We would stay here again!”

“Overall nice, quaint place. Quiet, peaceful location. Beds/mattresses need to be updated. Would benefit from more comfortable seating (ie larger couch) in the main area. Had a wonderful, delicious meal from local establishment (Dunmire’s), highly recommend it.”

“This place was perfect, nice and clean. Unfortunately we came at the end of October and it was too cold and windy to do some fishing but will definitely book again for warmer weather.”

“We loved our stay in Ironton. We had a wedding in Brainerd and this was a great location. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the outdoor space was so nice to relax and have a bonfire. We loved we could bring our dogs.”

“An easy drive from the Twin Cities, this was a perfect couples getaway! We enjoyed this sunny cabin’s wraparound windows facing the lake and three season porch. We fired up the cozy wood burning stove almost every day. Plus we like to cook and this kitchen was well laid out and had all the basics we needed to make some fantastic meals. The owner and property manager were super responsive and helpful.”
