“The condo was nice and helped us sleep 8 for a multi-day conference located at McCormick Place. The distance was walkable, and Uber can pick up right outside the door in the case of inclement weather. There was more than enough space for us and the kitchen was in great shape. Would book again! To note: the closest L-line station (Cermak-Chinatown) did not have a ticket kiosk during our stay- plan ahead!”

“Communication with host and easy. The location of the condo is great! Near solder field, the “el”, field museum, the lake. Great views of navy pier and the lake. The building is starting to show its age but the security and the doorman help make up for that. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I appreciated staying here for four days. It is a very spacious, secure property. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I had a parking spot available every day. It is also close enough to downtown. I was upgraded to the penthouse suite as a courtesy of the host. It was BEAUTIFUL, to say the least, with all of the amenities I needed. I wish there were dishes (pots, pans, ladles) for me to cook with or that I knew there weren't any so I could've brought my own. There were still enough eating……

“Excellent VRBO for those with large groups! The host was responsive and allowed us to have early checkin and luggage storage! The location was ideal for people who don’t mind a 10 minute walk to the subway or quick 10 minute ride to downtown Chicago. Safe neighborhood in Chinatown. Would recommend to anyone staying in Chicago!”

“I never actually got to stay at this location. I purchased this place in May and the day of arrival the HOST canceled on us. We were 9 hrs from home, I had made multiple attempts to reach the host and she never responded to me. I would not trust using this place or the host. When I called VRBO, they noted she had been active on her acct. several times within the last few weeks. This is not a person she is a scammer. Best of luck to those who take the chance. I should have read the reviews……

“THis penthouse was very nice. The views are amazing and it is located right in the middle of downtown with all of the convenience of that. Food, close to the water, and attractions. The only thing was we were there in the middle of winter and a major winter storm and cold front, so we could take advantage of everything available. We did get out and about as much as we could though, and enjoyed a good time with some shopping, sightseeing, a couple of museums, and the food. I would highly……

“My sisters and I stayed a night here and were just amazed at how beautiful the condo was and how we had everything we needed for our stay. You can hear some trains at the condo. But it did not keep any of us up it was just noticed in the background. This condo should be great for a couples get away or even for small families. I noticed they even had a pack in play in one of the closets. As a mother of two young ones. I was very impressed because traveling with little ones can be stressful but……

“We had a great stay! Everything was just as listed! Every area was very clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels provided for our 2 night stay. If i could change anything it would have been to add a nightlight of some sort in the twin room. Unfamiliar place/noises and it was completely dark for my daughter. No lamp or nightlight in that room. Also a few of the cabinet doors need tightened down.”

“The yard is awesome, of course the hot tub at the top of the hill was the best, and we enjoyed the firepit as well. The house was a tidy little cottage at which we enjoyed our stay. It’s within a short walk to the National Park and downtown Miller Beach. The neighborhood is fine, pretty secluded, and still close to most attractions.”
