“Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. ”

“Jackhammer noise”

“We really appreciated the eraly check-in. The hotel was in a good walking distance from Union Station. The room was clean besides a spot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. The only let down was the website indicated the property had a pool but NO pool on site :( Also, we had to pay $15 to park on-site and was told to park in the rear of the building because they were chardging folks $30 to park in the parking lot due to a local event. All, in all we probably would not stay here again due to……

“Nice hotel ”

“This is a lovely hotel where I had a wonderful stay in 2019. The hotel is still the same lovely building, and the staff are warm and accommodating and helpful. The disappointment was that the hotel was undergoing a change in ownership when we were there and there had been a kitchen fire so both the memorable bar service and excellent food were missing. I enjoyed the stay anyway but was disappointed about these matters. ”

“Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.”
