"We weren’t actually able to stay here since they called to say they were renovating but they made sure that we had a great alternate arrangement and even got us a taxi to the other hotel. So for communication and service I would give them 5 stars."

"I have reserved a room with private bathroom...It is supposed that it is an ensuite bathroom. Finally, it found that the toilet is in the room, but the bathroom is opened for public. It is a little shock. Luckily, the nice staff was willing to upgrade our room to REAL ensuite bathroom..."
