“I stayed for two nights. The room is clean and the bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. the staff knows I am travelling there for the first time, she kindly lend me a guidebook in traditional Chinese edition. That's very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. ”

“Lovely stay at the Suite Balfour Brut Rose room. Very spacious. Luxurious feel, clean and the bed, beddings and mattress very very good, comfortable and clean. Full english breakfast also good. The roast dinner can be improved, taste-wise but overall we had a lovely stay. Thank you to the staffs who attended to us. Special mention to Hannah. ”

An easy walk to shopping areas of the Promenade and High Street, and for Montepellier Park for the Cheltenham Jazz Festival. A diverse range of restaurants compliment cuisines from around the world, situated nearby to suit every budget. ”

“The hotel is easy to find, great parking, ability to eat at the hotel and sit in a nice beer garden. If you have mobility issues make sure you request ground floor room as there are lots of stairs and long corridors. I stayed in a deluxe room which was advertised as bigger than average. Overall pleasing colour decor. Tea, coffee , water . Now to be picky - the mattresses on the single beds pushed together to represent a" king size bed " need replacing . The shower area needs to be bleached.……
